Fees are set in consultation with the Parish Finance Committee. These fees are based on the minimum amount recommended by the Brisbane Catholic Education Office and cover almost all of your child’s schooling costs, excluding excursions, camps and sports costs. Other costs are school uniform and books/stationery.
Healthy family discounts apply to ensure that a Catholic education is affordable to larger families.
We ask all families to pay an annual Booking/Resource Levy. This levy covers some of the costs associated with classroom activities. For example dictionaries, atlases, photocopying (replaces text books). This is paid prior to the commencement of the school year to ensure a place for your child.
The payment of school fees is a matter of justice and should be a priority for all parents and caregivers.
Statements are sent to families and may be paid in advance or in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. Prompt payment is expected and essential. Please place a priority on this account. Payments can also be made through the Direct Debit Facility, through EFTPOS or by internet bank transfer to the CTK bank account (see details below).
We do not deny families the opportunity of a Catholic education for financial reasons. We warmly encourage families in financial difficulties to contact the principal (through the school secretary) to negotiate arrangements to suit their circumstances.
